Astoria Cove is a redevelopment of an 8.5-acre old industrial waterfront site in Hallett’s Point, Queens.  The entitlement design and rezoning creates affordable and market rate housing, new local retail businesses and provides public access to the waterfront with an expansive public esplanade.

The waterfront design articulates NYC goals of re-connecting neighborhoods to the water. Programmatic elements of the landscape design include a bi-level esplanade, a “get down”, several overlooks, extensive plantings, passive and active recreational space, and a child’s play environment.
