This invited competition entry for revitalizing the riverfront and adjoining neighborhoods focuses on re-centering the city around the river, making strong connections to the neighborhoods, improving ecological health and providing recreation and open space opportunities. Specific features of the design proposal included viewing platforms, a beach, outdoor performance space, a cultural center, trails, wetland restoration and wildlife habitats
